Center for Plastic Surgery, the premier plastic and reconstructive practice in Northeast Oklahoma, is located at 1844 East Fifteenth Street in Tulsa.  It lies between Hillcrest Medical Center and St. John Medical Center and adjacent to the Broken Arrow Expressway, which is Highways 64 and 51.  In our two-story building, we have our physician offices and administrative areas on the first floor.  The second floor is a state-licensed and fully certified ambulatory surgery center named Cherry Street Surgery Center.  If you need further directions, please call us at (918) 749-7177.
